1. Q. How do I clean my bracelet?
A. Never immerse in water, use a damp cloth and rub lightly.
2. Q. What do I do if my bracelet seems to be stuck in a rigid position?
A. Since my Bracelets are packed with beads and spacers sometimes they will get hung up in the snake chain. Gently shake the chain with the clasp undone. This should loosen the beads again.
3. Q. What do I do if the stopper bead comes undone?
A. The stopper bead keeps all the beads on the snake chain with the barrel clasp. If it come open or you mistakenly open it instead of the clasp and the beads come off just put them back on the chain and use the stopped bead as the last spacer on the bracelet. This also allows you to add or change beads between bracelets if you like.
4. Q. How long are the chains or cords that come with the pendants?
A. The chains and cords are 18 inches, and come with every pendant purchase.
5. Q. Is there an additional handling charge with free shipping?
